Quick start
From a new account to your first paid booking, in order.
Updated June 30, 2026
This is the short path from a brand new account to taking your first booking.
Each step builds on the one before it.
Create your space
Start at the sign-up page and enter your organization name and your account
details. Beta access uses an invite code, so have yours handy. When you finish,
you land on your dashboard, signed in and ready.
Build your first program
Your dashboard shows a getting started card with three steps. Work through them
in order:
- Create a program. This is what you teach, like a speed and agility clinic
or a weekly small group. - Set your pricing. Add a drop-in price or a package.
- Add a schedule. Pick when it runs, and Next Play creates the sessions from
that schedule for you.
A program becomes bookable once it has both a price and a schedule.
Share your link
Open Public profile from the sidebar, fill in your name, a short headline,
and a photo, then publish the page. You get a link like yourname.onnextplay.com
with a Copy button and a QR code. That link is how families find and book
you. See your booking link
for the details.
Turn on payments
To charge for sessions, connect Stripe from Settings, then the Payments
tab. Free sessions work without it. The full walkthrough is in
getting paid with Stripe.
Take your first booking
Share your link, and a family can pick a session, sign in or create a free
account, and pay. You will see the booking under All Bookings, and the money
is on its way to your bank.
