Managing your membership and credits

View your membership, pause or cancel it, track weekly usage, and manage drop-in credits.

Updated July 1, 2026

After you buy a membership or a drop-in credit, you manage both from your own pages. Here is where to find them and what each control does.

Pausing and resuming a membership

Your membership

Open a membership to see its details: the package, price, current period, trainer, and location. From here you can do a few things.

  • This Week shows how many sessions you have left out of your weekly total, with a bar that fills as you use them. It resets every Monday. When you hit your limit, you will see Weekly session limit reached.
  • Book a Session starts booking against your membership. It is greyed out once you have used your sessions for the week.
  • Download Calendar saves your upcoming sessions as an .ics file you can add to your own calendar app.

Pause, resume, or cancel

These controls live at the bottom of the membership page.

  • Pause Subscription stops billing for now and pauses booking. You will see a note that you can resume it anytime.
  • Resume Subscription turns a paused membership back on so you can book again.
  • Cancel Subscription ends the membership. You keep access until the end of your current period, so cancelling today does not cut you off today. The page shows the exact date your access runs through.

Pausing and cancelling both ask you to confirm first, so you will not trigger either by accident.

Drop-in credits

If you bought single-session credits instead of a membership, find them under My Credits. Each active credit shows the program, how many credits are left, and when it expires.

  • To use a credit, book a session in that program. The count drops by one each time.
  • Buy More purchases additional credits for the same program.
  • When a credit is close to expiring, a Credits expiring soon warning appears at the top with the credit and its expiry date. Book before that date so the credit does not go to waste.

Used-up and expired credits move to your Past list, marked Used or Expired, so you can still see your history.
