Switching between spaces

Move between the different organizations your account belongs to, and see why each one keeps its own data.

Updated July 1, 2026

If you help run more than one organization, or you train at one place and coach at another, your account can belong to several spaces. You can move between them without signing out, and each one keeps its own data.

The Select an organization screen listing each space and your role

Switch from the sidebar

When you belong to more than one space, the top of the sidebar shows your current organization’s name with a small arrow next to it. Click it to open the list, then choose the one you want. The space you are in now has a check mark beside it.

The page reloads into that organization, and the sidebar updates to match.

The selection screen

Right after you sign in, or any time you reach the Select an organization screen, you will see a card listing every space you belong to. Each row shows:

  • The organization’s name
  • Its web address, like yourspace.onnextplay.com
  • A small badge with your role there, such as Owner, Admin, or Trainer

Click a row to go straight into that space. To leave entirely, use Sign out at the bottom.

Everything is per space

Spaces don’t share data, so the work in one organization stays separate from the next. In each space you have your own:

  • Sessions and schedule
  • Members, athletes, and bookings
  • Role and the permissions that come with it

Your role can differ from one space to the next. You might be the Owner in your own organization and a Trainer in someone else’s, and the badge on the selection screen tells you which is which.
